ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the Cost Detail Report there are certain assets that are missing from the list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For all the assets of the specified periods to include the asset-level asset costs account balances
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to scheduled processes
2. Search for Cost Detail Report
3. Run report
