Periodic Lease Expense Not Run When Lease is Terminated with Period End Flag (Doc ID 2644272.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run Calculate Lease Expense where a lease has 2 periodic lease payment lines active in a period and the lease is terminated in that period with period end liability flag as Yes, the
Calculate Lease Expense doesn't run.  When the termination is entered, the period end liability flag is checked for the current active row. Ideally the flag should have been defaulted for the future payment line also.
