User Unable To Delete Individual Location From Stock Count

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User can not delete particular location from cycle count.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login into Merchandising foundation application.
- Navigate to Inventory ---> Stock Count
- Try to delete a location from an existing cycle count and verify there is performance issue and the application gives "Server has failed" error.
