User Unable To Delete Individual Location From Stock Count (Doc ID 2644469.1)

User can not delete particular location from cycle count.

Steps to reproduce: 

  1. Login into Merchandising foundation application. 
  2. Navigate to Inventory ---> Stock Count 
  3. Try to delete a location from an existing cycle count and verify there is performance issue and the application gives "Server has failed" error.
