ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sudden Log out in Agent Live Experience

Customer facing the issue with Oracle Live Experience DAE portal. The agents sometimes logs out suddenly from the DAE portal, this is happening even when agent is on call with end customer.
Because of the sudden logout, when agent is on call its getting disconnected. Due to this issue sometimes agent is not able to service the customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Agents should not logout from the LX UI especially when agent is on call with the customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Oracle LX DAE, attend or call the customer, where agents sometimes facing sudden logout issue.
