Using User Interface Text, after renaming field "Create Service Request" the new text name does not display on Service Request (Doc ID 2644808.1)

After Renaming "Create Service Request" button it disappears

We renamed text "Create Service Request". We can find the label using User Interface Text tool but after saving changes while in the sandbox the text button disappears. The new field name does not display on the Service Request.
