While Loading Asset Via The FBDI Template, The Prepare Assets Transaction Data Process End In Error

Symptoms
When uploading assets via the FBDI template, the Prepare Assets Transaction Data process end with the following error:
"Error: FLEX-DUPLICATE CCID
{CCID}=2
The location is invalid. Enter a valid location."
Assets created online do not have this issue.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create assets in the FBDI template.
2. Upload assets to Fixed Assets.
