Goal
When logged in as a Registered Public User and trying to apply for a Permit many issues are being encountered:
1. When first opening the application to start there are two messages that appear. The Public user can click OK through these errors:
The transaction type wan't found. Select another transaction type or notify an agent.
then the second error is received
You don't have the required permission to perform this operation. To perform this operation, request a change to your security settings.
2. Registered user's name does not populate in the Applicant fields. However, the Public User can fill out a zip and address and proceed without it.
3. When on the Property/Parcel page click the select button to choose a parcel and then select the parcel from the popup but it does not select or appear after selection.
4. When getting past the review page to Fee Summary, the fees do not show up and a JSON error popup displays and the permit cannot be submitted:
The Following JSON exception was triggered: A JSONObject text must begin with '(' at 1[character 2 line 1], (PSC_PER-5925098).
