Symptoms

Any time a user tries to post a journal in FCCS, the system returns the error: "An error occurred when running specified calc script. Please check the logs for details". In the log files, an additional error is seen: "Caused by: com.hyperion.planning.olap.EssbaseException: Unable to resolve duplicate member name ["<name>"] on line [<number>] (1200618)".
