Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Error when attempting to import Accounts via Import Management

ERROR

File not avaialble in repository : null.ctl
Error in activating SQLLDR job; Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException
updateImportBatchStatus - Batch Status update from - { ORA_MKT_STAGING_DATA } to { ERROR }
Error in Import Process : FileImportBatchSQLLDRProcess in step : PREPARING_IMPORT_DATA; Exception : oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: ERROR:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Import Management
2. Create Import Activity for Account Object
3. Schedule Import
4. Import fails with errors

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Accounts via Import Management.
