ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom template for intercompany Approval notification not getting in effect over mails.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the custom template is in place, in place of seeded template custom template should be considered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to BI /Shared Reports/Custom/Financials/Workflow Notifications/Intercompany Accounting/Transactions
2. Customize the data model
3. In template folder >> Use the same seeded template, just change the data model link.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the provider distribution in mail, and so it becomes difficult for the user to approve the transaction.The changes have to soon go on Production, as its required for their business.
