How to assign leads based on user roles, rather than specifying the individual users to whom the leads are assigned?
From the 'Lead Resource Assignment Rule' Page of 'Manage Sales Lead Assignment Rules' Task in in FSM , they are able to select individual users. Can specific roles be used instead ?
