Why are split allocation on Close creating OBLPNs with 0 weight and 0 volume ?

The steps are:  Performing bulk reserve unit picks with the module RF-Text: Pack NC Active {order} and the parameter "split-allocs-on-close-by" set to order.

                      The OBLPNs that are created at the completion of the task have 0 weight and 0 volume, even though they have contents within them.
