Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management

Component Effective Date not pulled into Comp Change Statement

Attempting to pull in Effective Date - Component 1 into our compensation change statements. Column is enabled and populated for test cases.
From document "All Attributes List", the tag for Effective Date Component 1 is "COMP_1_COMPENSATION_EFF_DATE". I've tried this value  but no value is returned
