Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Plan Project-Manage Project Budget
When Trying to import the budget into the application using FBDI ,
the process Import Project Budgets log shows errors

"FUSION"."pjo_plan_versions_xface"."SRC_BUDGET_LINE_REFERENCE" (actual: 30,maximum: 25)
Changes
Upload the budget with following setup.
1. Cost and Revenue separate financial plan type FPT.
2. Cost and Revenue amounts are entered separately (separate lines) for financial resources in the xlsm.
3. Trying to import the budget into the application using FBDI.
4. The import processing is failing with error while trying to separate the cost and revenue lines into two different versions.
