Contacts Disappear From The Custom Subtab List On Opportunity

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Opportunities
A Custom Contact Subtab was added on Opportunity. Users are able to search for and add the contacts to the Opportunity. However, after about 24 hrs the contacts that have been added to the Opportunity disappear from the Subtab list.
