We need to give the client extract of GL tables

Client needs the extracts for GL tables from production for auditing purposes.
But, for gl_balance, gl_je_lines, and gl_code_combinations, the complete output is not getting generated.
They tried with CSV output and opening that in excel. They are only getting extract till 10,48.756 rows.

The parameters used are:
- period name
- ledger
- last_update_date between to_date and from_Date.

Is there another way they can get these extracts and share it with client?

The data count is more than 2 million.
Customer tried to do a POC of extracting the data from GL_JE_LINES (10 million plus) in their Instance.
