OMC: Agent Upgrade - Configuration Failed And OMC Shows Old Agent Version (Doc ID 2646088.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Agent upgrade attempt from 1.45 to 1.46 version failed at configuration step.
The upgrade from OMC UI shows that it failed while trying to start agent during configuration.

Try to start the agent manually and the Agent version in the Agent Status shows the upgraded version 1.46 but in the OMC Console it still shows the old Agent version 1.45.
