ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an employee moves from one Absence plan to another, the plan balance is to moved to the new plan. We are facing an issue where we are not able to transfer the balance on the date of transfer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Absence Plan balances should transfer on the right date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End plan enrollment
2. Balance transfer should occur.
3. Not able to transfer balance on correct date.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer Absence Plan balances on the right date to the new plan.
