Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Admin user has enabled (Global Search powered by Adaptive Search). 

Global Search is failing after 20A Update, with the below error: 

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: N, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_asN_NN, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
