Symptoms

On : 19.4.7 version, Test Storefront

ISSUE STATEMENT

Email for the abandoned cart is not sent.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Storefront with a user has valid email,

2. Add some parts in Cart don't checkout,

3. Logout from Storefront,

4. Check if the Abandoned Order email triggered post the time limit set for Abandoned cart settings under Order Settings in occs admin.

Email not triggered.
