Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After scheduling a report in P6 EPPM Reports, the reporting schedule gets stuck in the Pending status.

P6WebAcces log shows below errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After scheduling a report in P6 EPPM Reports, the reporting schedule can be completed successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to EPPM.
  2. In the Dashboard view, click on the Reports tab.
  3. Select Administrative reports.
  4. Add a report to Schedule
  5. It is observed that the schedule is in Pending status but never completed.
