Contract Approval History UI Page Is Not Displaying The Correct Timestamp After Contract Is Sent To Approval (Doc ID 2646517.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Intermittently, after a Contract is sent to Approval and the actions are assigned to Approvers, when going to the Contract Approval History from UI the Timestamp is not correctly displayed.

Sometimes, the Timestamp is looking similar to "Sep 18, 2019" and sometimes the time is also included, "18/09/2019 05:13:29 AM"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an Approval Workflow
2. Check the Contract Approval History Page and see the Timestamp
