Getting 'JBO-25060: Unexpected error' When Trying To Search Products In Service Request (Doc ID 2646679.1)

On : version, Service Requests

When attempting to search for products within the Service Request object, the following error occurs.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

From the UI server logs, can see the below error

Caused by: javax.faces.el.EvaluationException: oracle.jbo.RowNotFoundException: JBO-25060: Unexpected error encountered while trying to retrieve the next row from JDBC ResultSet for collection ServiceHierProdSearch1
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-30004: when using SYS_CONNECT_BY_PATH function, cannot have separator as part of column value

Replication Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Request
2. Open/Create a new SR
3. Product Search > Enter Search string as Product Number  > Search
4. Error reported.
