Symptoms

When attempting to manually create a credit case folder the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error while getting data from AR_TRX_SUMMARY for Customer - xxxxxxx Account - xxxxxxx
Probably exchange rate is not set correctly Sql Error:User-Defined Exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a a credit case folder
2. Receive error message
