In the WebLogic 12.2.1.4 Enterprise Edition (non-JRF) Cloud Instance (Marketplace stack), the architecture contains only one Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) with multiple subnets in a single compartment. For local VCN peering, can WLS and the database be provisioned in the same VCN but in different compartments?
