On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, CX Mobile Application
"Existing contact" and "Existing account" fields are not eligible
Customer is configuring the CX Mobile app , he has a problem with lead forms. He does not see the "Existing contact" and "Existing account" fields as in SUI
