Multisite Admin Does Not Show Promotion Exclusions That Exist (Doc ID 2647181.1)

Symptoms

If multisite is configured and promotions are configured for different sites and some promotions may have excluded promotions, a promotion may not show the excluded promotions even though they exist. This issue persists even after server side cache and browser cache are cleared. Calling following API to get excluded promotions of promo1234 returns no excluded promotion:

This issue can be reproduced through following steps:

  1. Logon to Admin and configure at least two sites.
  2. Create at least two promotions to each of two sites.
  3. For each promotion created above, go to "Exclusion Rules" and add at least one promotion from the same site of the promotion to "Promotions to Exclude".
  4. Select a promotion that does not belong to the currently selected site.
  5. Click on Exclusion Rules. Notice no item under "Promotions to Exclude"
