Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Every time trying to process the global transfer, it appears to go through ok but then notice the change has not been made. The transaction is sitting as 'In Progress' but it does not move from there

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction console should not be stuck "In Progress."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Navigate to employee record and add update of global transfer to manage employment record
Step 2: A pop up box will appear stating the existing assignment will be changed to Inactive. Click OK
Step 3: Move through the setup pages entering the updated information:
Step 5: Click Yes to warning message and submit transaction
Step 6: Receive confirmation that request was submitted. Click OK.
Step 7: Return to search and double check. Notice that record has not yet updated. Check record and see no global transfer
recorded.
Step 8: Navigate to transaction console and note that transaction is sitting as 'In Progress' for long time but does not update.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot process a global transfer.
