Symptoms
When attempting to access the administrative account for Unifier with correct credentials, the following message occurs.
MESSAGE
Account is locked or disabled, contact your system administrator.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Access Unifier URL
- Enter credentials that worked previously
- Receive message
