Symptoms

When attempting to access the administrative account for Unifier with correct credentials, the following message occurs.

MESSAGE

Account is locked or disabled, contact your system administrator.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access Unifier URL
  2. Enter credentials that worked previously
  3. Receive message
