Symptoms
When attempting to access the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter with the Google Chrome browser or the Microsoft Edge browser based on Chromium, an error message appears regarding secure cookies or too many redirects. Examples of these error messages include, but may not be limited to:
Your browser seems to have cookies disabled. Make sure cookies are enabled before accessing Oracle's Learn Cloud.

Try clearing your cookies.

Changes
The Google Chrome browser or the Microsoft Edge browser based on Chromium was installed or was recently updated to Version 80 or above.
NOTE that browser updates are typically automatic and controlled by the browser. The user may not be aware of the version update.
