Symptoms

PreTransformation Rule does not appear to be executed for Copied Orders.

Reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Copy and submit an Order
2. The following error is reported:

Data validation failed for the task layer service Create Purchase Request because required data values were not provided. The requested arrival date cannot be null if the scheduled arrival date is null for a fulfillment line which is to be drop shipped.

Note: In this instance the customer is not using GOP call in orchestration process and they have pre-transformation rule in place to default schedule ship date, schedule arrival date and requested arrival date.
