Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LogFire: LPNs not releasing Serial numbers when consumed.

IBLPN still has serial numbers attached to it after the IBLPN was consumed.
For example: IBLPN VIC92519SD-230998 at VIC facility still has serial numbers attached to it while the whole IBLPN was consumed.

We are still experiencing this issue with having a hyperlink to "view serial numbers" for IBLPNs which have been consumed. Yet there is no data when clicking that hyperlink.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected behavior: serial number should no longer be attached to an IBLPN after it is consumed.

How can we remove the serial number from this IBLPN?

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Do Pack OBLPN - instead of scanning the lpn the system is requesting the user substitute with a valid LPN.
2. Find the LPN does goes to consumed as expected and the serial numbers does not get delink (unexpected)
