Getting Error when trying to back out open event
Benefits admin is trying to change the plan from one to another but keeps getting an error.
ERROR

No activity base rate was found for the enrollment rate. Review the rate configuration and rate status. Details: This error occurred in the following package ben_element_entry.end_enrollment_element.Context at the time of error: .......... Activity base rate ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Effective Date yyyy-mm-dd.
There was a problem saving the enrollment. (BEN-990244)..... Note that an activity base rate wasnt found for the rate. Need to review the rate configuration to ensure the rate is active for at least one plan year ahead of the life event
