Symptoms

Prerequisite:
Users are already associated to the system user group Metric Portal Access in SmartOrg.
Access Taleo Metrics Portal (see references below).

Steps:

Hover over an existing contact to edit or click on Add new Contact.
Fill in Contact's Details.
Check the Events notifications in the Contact's Events section.
Click Save.

Error:

Could not execute JDBC batch update; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update
