Pending worker missing in New Person Dashboard

Post the offer acceptance, candidate was moved to HR.However, the candidate is not available under the New Person Dashbord.

The candidate has the status as HR,To be Processed.


When we check the details of the person under Offer on Candidates tab we found the following error:
"The candidate candidate name was moved to HR. There was a processing problem.
You can open the candidates offer tab to see the error that HR is resolving.
The position for this offer doesn't have enough vacant FTE. Continue anyway"
