Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Approval Notifications Remain Open After Approval (Doc ID 2648893.1)

Problem Description:

An approver receives an approval notification under Notifications (bell icon) with the buttons to Approve or Reject.

The approver selects the notification and opens the worklist to view the details.
The approver selects Approve or Reject from the details window, enters comments, then selects Submit.
The approval moves to the next state.

However, Notifications (bell icon) still shows the notification with Approve or Reject options -- it is not updated to the actioned state.
