Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Approval Notifications Remain Open After Approval (Doc ID 2648893.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

An approver receives an approval notification under Notifications (bell icon) with the buttons to Approve or Reject.

  • The approver selects the notification and opens the worklist to view the details.
  • The approver selects Approve or Reject from the details window, enters comments, then selects Submit
  • The approval moves to the next state.

However, Notifications (bell icon) still shows the notification with Approve or Reject options -- it is not updated to the actioned state.
