Symptoms
Run All Transaction Processes Job ran for 5 hours and ended in an error.
When the process got to the Deploy Compensation Plan step, the process started at 8:42 AM EST and ran until 1:52 PM EST and ended in an error.
There are ~270 comp plans in the system and ~12,000 participants assigned to the plans.
ERROR
For Deploy Compensation Plan ( Request 375052 ) show ORA-20922: Request 375052 exited with BUSINESS ERROR
For the child Deploy Incentive Plans ( Request 375073 ) shows WARNING:PostProcessing failed to set ApplSession
STEPS
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Run All Transaction Processes
Parameters :
Excluded Collections from the selection, Mode = New and changed transactions, Date Range from 1/1/19 - 12/31/19
