Symptoms


The error message below is received when a Quote is created or opened from a Commerce Process that has JET UI enabled, and an Attribute on the Jet Responsive Layout has Conversion Fields defined.

You have attempted an action that could not be completed. Please verify if the service is available, or contact your site administrator if this issue persists.
Details: "Parameter fields has invalid value ATTRIBUTE inside. Field ATTRIBUTE doesn't exist or is not accessible in resource commerceDocumentsCommerceProcessMainDocument for current user."

Changes

 Conversion fields were recently selected for an Attribute that is on the Jet Responsive Layout.
