Symptoms

When trying to migrate a template from IC to OCI-N, the CEC toolkit is throwing the following error when using the "cec migrate-site" command:

RangeError [ERR_FS_FILE_TOO_LARGE]: File size (3829006772) is greater than possible Buffer: 2147483647 bytes
  at tryCreateBuffer (fs.js:317:13)
  at Object.readFileSync (fs.js:353:14)
  at /<path>/content-and-experience-toolkit-master/sites/bin/site.js:4087:20
  at processTicksAndRejections (internal/process/task_queues.js:94:5) {
  code: 'ERR_FS_FILE_TOO_LARGE'
