Justification for FUSION_APPS_CRM_OPA_SALES_CONNECTOR_APPID

On the daily audit control report, a new user shows up - FUSION_APPS_CRM_OPA_SALES_CONNECTOR_APPID

We need to know:

1) if this ID must remain "active" or if we can inactivate this account
2) please guide if there are any white paper includes this ID; so we can use as a backup proof/justification for this ID to be active.

It is not in Security Console, but it is pulled from per_users table.
