Rejected Goal Disappear in My Goals List (Doc ID 2649428.1)

Goal

After Goal Responsive UI enabled, the goal which was rejected by Manager disappears in employee's goal list.
It should go back to employee's goal list and be available to correct / resubmit for approval.
