FTI VPD Profile Not Working. Deleted Shipment is visible in FTI Adhoc Query (Doc ID 2649459.1)

Symptoms


Shipment is deleted from OTM and ETL is executed.
It is confirmed that the DEL_IN_OLTP column value is set to Y in D_SHIPMENT and also F_SHIPMENT_DETAIL table
It is observed that the deleted shipment is still visible in FTI - Adhoc Query although user accessing FTI is assigned a Role having VPD of FTI_DEFAULT

ETL fails with Error as below
