Symptoms
When attempting to deploy an app with multiple levels in OSF, the following error is thrown:
"message": "Layout has more than the maximum 3 levels"
The layout experiencing the issue contains 4 levels as shown below:
Layout -> Container 1 -> Container 2 -> Container 3 -> Components
