On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When searching for a terminated employee, it is displaying two times in person management.

This employee has been retired with pay.

Payyroll is trying to add an element entry to employee's record for taxable post-employment insurance and is receiving an error:

The message is ORA-20001: An error occurred. The procedure pay_entry_pkg.chk_assignment_info failed at step 10. Details: Contact your help desk. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API", line 468 ORA-06512: at line 53 .
