Goal

Question: How do we remove the shortcut number pad dot [.] to launch the knowledge window?

Steps to Reproduce:
  - Open an existing, or create a new SR
  - Open the messages tab
  - Compose a new response (Doesn't matter what type)
  - Start typing a message
  - Type the dot key from your number pad  Note: Period doesn't do this, just the dot on the number pad.
  - The knowledge window launches and takes focus.
