Symptoms

Oracle Business Network ("OBN") connectivity to Fusion instance

Unable to send documents from OBN (formerly Oracle Supplier Network / "OSN") to FUSION.

Outbound document sending of Purchase Orders (PO) work but unable to receive Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN) and Invoices.

Tested the connectivity via Self testing and connectivity fails for SOAP, XML and HTTPS protocols


Error

Test Connectivity Failed!
Reason : OBN is unable to connect to the URL. Please check the spelling of the URL
or check whether your server is down or check your network settings/firewall rules
