Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) integrated with the ServiceNow ticketing tool for converting OMC alert to a SNOW Incident.
To dynamically assign incidents in SNOW to various assignment group, OMC Global Property have been defined and need to use the same in webhook notification channel.While trying to modify payload of web hook notification channel as mentioned below, an error occurs:
