Attempts To Deactivate Many Integrations At Once Returns PoolLimitSQLException Error (Doc ID 2650298.1)

After using a Rest API to deactivate many integrations at once, received the error in the Integration console:

  Integration "ABCDEF | 1.0" cannot be deactivated. [Cause: ICS-20946]


and the logs contain the following message:
