Symptoms
After using a Rest API to deactivate many integrations at once, received the error in the Integration console:
Integration "ABCDEF | 1.0" cannot be deactivated. [Cause: ICS-20946]
and the logs contain the following message:
{"detail":"Integration "ABCDEFOracleCloud" cannot be deactivated. Incident has been created with ID abRtCzCDeNFHsFHeIPMpq.; oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool mds-owsm to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..\ncom.oracle.ics.activation.exception.InternalServerProcessingException: oracle.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool mds-owsm to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..\
