Enhancement Request: Email Notification When A Scheduled Order Is Created or Updated (Doc ID 2650303.1)

Currently in Oracle Commerce Cloud there is no notification provided to the customers when a scheduled order is created.
This means that a shopper that places such an order won't receive any confirmation.
One common scenario is when a shopper creates a subscription to a periodic service.

The existing notifications are informing the customer when an order has been place successfully or when a scheduled order placement failed, not when the subscription(scheduled order) has been created.
