Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Other Issues

Positive pay file not created

User submitted the payment process request successfully. Payment generated.
Positive pay file not generated.
Please refer attached document for details.

ERROR

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.xdo.service.client.types.OperationFailedException, msg=Client received SOAP Fault from server : FND-7300: An error occurred when scanning file using Fusion Applications Virus Scanner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User submitted the payment process request successfully.
2. Payment is generated.
3. Positive pay file not generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Positive pay file that was not generated after they submitted payment process request successfully.
